    Badger School Receives a $2,000 Grant

    New Books for Title I Kindergarteners from United Way & Kimberly-Clark
    10/26/2016
    United Way Fox Cities used a $5000 grant from Depend (a brand of Kimberly Clark) to create literacy bags for all AASD Title I kindergarten students. Since Badger is a Title I school, all our kindergarten students will receive a literacy bag, which includes Scholastic books, a parent letter and bookmark.

    Big Arts in the Little Apple

    The Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra, in partnership with The Building for Kids Children's Museum, is part of a multi-part collaboration celebrating music and the visual arts in our community. Appleton area students in grades 3 and 4 will learn about and listen to a featured piece of music. After listening and learning, they will respond with the creation of their own artworks in their visual art classes.
