Families are invited to a sensory-friendly Trunk or Treat and Community Resources Fair with decorated trunks, activities, and giveaways (candy & non-candy). A fun, safe, and inclusive evening for children and families!

This update, which will be effective for the 2026-27 school year, brings district policy into compliance with state law while reinforcing expectations that have long guided classroom learning and student behavior. The Appleton Area School District wants students to be able to focus on learning while also helping them learn to use technology responsibly

The hydroponic system will be integrated into lessons focused on science, nutrition, sustainability, and healthy living. Students will help plant, monitor, and harvest fresh produce while learning about food systems and environmental stewardship. The project also aims to help address barriers to healthy food access and support student wellbeing
